Inter Miami has been in the spotlight of the soccer world ever since Lionel Messi joined the club after the 2022 Qatar World Cup, bringing a different view for the youngster on that team.

One example that validates this statement is Diego Gomez, currently playing in the Premier League for Brighton.

Another example that puts the Herons as a possible talent exporter is Benjamin Chremaschi. The USMNT youngster was loaned to Parma in the Serie A.

Chremaschi was a crucial player for Mascherano’s squad when he had minutes, but the injuries are something that still haunt him and prevent him from showcasing his full potential.

Nevertheless, according to Fabrizio Romano, transfer market expert, Parma has made its decision about the future of Inter Miami’s prospect.

Parma trigger buy option to sign Inter Miami midfielder Benjamin Cremaschi.

According to the aforementioned journalist, the Serie A club will trigger Benjamin Cremaschi's €4M buy option and sign him permanently.

This is a good sign for Inter Miami because it brings a substantial amount to invest in a new player who could boost the squad.

However, without the return of the Heron’s academy prospect, Inter Miami’s head coach Ángel Guillermo Hoyos has to start looking at the market to reinforce one of the most crucial parts of every soccer team.

Although it could be the first piece to crack the puzzle and sign Manchester United midfielder Casemiro to a permanent deal.

On the other side of the coin, Parma has acquired a young player with tremendous talent, and if not for his injuries, he likely would have been included in the USMNT’s 2026 World Cup roster.

In the current season, Benjamin Cremaschi has played a few games due to national duties and an injury.

Towards the end of the tournament, the 21-year-old midfielder suffered a tear of the lateral meniscus in his left knee, which kept him off the field and ruled him out of the World Cup.
