New England Revolution surprised the soccer world by announcing the signing of experienced Czech goalkeeper Tomáš Vaclík through the 2024 MLS season, with an option to extend his contract to 2025. This strategic move could very well be what the team needs to solidify its position in the Eastern Conference and enhance its postseason prospects.

His most notable achievement is the UEFA Europa League title in 2020, along with four Swiss Super League titles with FC Basel. He is also an international player, having represented the Czech Republic in 54 matches, playing a crucial role in the Euro 2020 quarter-finals.
