I like the moves Houston made in the offseason to improve the defense. Struna, Vera and Figueroa should immediately start. AJ DeLaGarza could also face some competition at right-back with Chris Duvall and Marlon Hairston now in the fold.

Hairston will likely spell several positions both on defense and in wide-midfield positions as well. The front-four, meanwhile, are locks, and Cabezas will start whenever healthy.
