Previous Report Cards:

New York has not been kind to Columbus Crew SC this month. After what was one of the more exciting matches of the season, Crew SC fell 3-2 to NYCFC after giving up 2 goals late in the match.

Columbus Crew SC continued their unfortunate trend of falling behind early in the match, giving up the first goal less than 8 minutes into the match to NYCFC after an ugly pass from Crew defender Raitala. Columbus would then rally with goals from Higuain and Kamara to take a 2-1 lead, but ultimately 2 late goals from New York City FC would give the Crew their first home loss of the season.

Columbus continues to fall down the conference standings, but should we panic? First things first, let’s take a look at the grades for Week 9.
