The World Cup is going with a flow, as the USMNT surprised everyone when it defeated Paraguay 4-1 on its debut. Mauricio Pochettino found the starting team, with minimal details that could be changed, but nothing rare.
Now, Christian Pulisic has been the center of attention surrounding the USMNT. Captain America played an incredible first half, then he was subbed off to prevent any injury. Many teams in Europe are following his performance for a possible signing.
According to Nico Schira, a sports journalist, Pulisic is being followed by clubs from the Premier League, Serie A, and the MLS.
Christian Pulisic could move after the World Cup?
According to the aforementioned journalist, Christian Pulisic is being closely monitored by Roma, while clubs from both the Premier League and MLS have also joined the race for his signature.
#ASRoma asked info for Christian #Pulisic. His contract with #ACMilan expires in 2027 (there is an unilateral option to 2028 for #Milan) and he is waiting for the renewal from several months. Pulisic’s agents talked with Gasperini and have been approached by Premier League and…

However, the journalist did not disclose which specific clubs have already contacted the entourage of the USMNT's No. 10.
Still, Pulisic has one more year on his contract with AC Milan, meaning that Captain America will only leave the club if a substantial offer is presented.
Per TransferMarkt, the market value of the former Chelsea FC is $40 million, leading one to think that the Italian club will ask more than that price.
Also, considering that if Pulisic has a great World Cup, his value will rise significantly.
Still, during his time with AC Milan, Pulisic has not been at his best this season. That does not mean he has been playing poorly, but rather that he has not stood out the way he did in previous campaigns.
Because of that, a change of scenery could be exactly what the American international needs.
Even though I would love to see him in the MLS, a return to the Premier League is his best option. With that said, it will depend on which English club wants him.
If Pulisic ends up in Manchester City, for example, he will be at a top-tier club, but he will not be guaranteed regular playing time, and even when he does feature.
Also, it could be in a different position or within a different system, which may negatively affect the strong tactical understanding he currently possesses.
