8) Alyssa Naeher

There has to be a goalkeeper on the list, and what better 'keeper than Alyssa Naeher. Naeher has spent nine seasons with the Chicago Stars and two with the Boston Breakers before that. Naeher is known for her outstanding shot-stopping ability and has kept 26 clean sheets in her NWSL career with the Stars.
Naeher had a fantastic career with the USWNT, where she will forever be remembered for her cool composure but large presence. The 'keeper has plenty of height, which has allowed her to make some sensational saves during her time in the NWSL.
7) Alex Morgan

Alex Morgan is a household name, as she is one of the most prolific players of all time. Morgan recently retired but before calling it quits, she made herself known. Playing for the Portland Thorns, Orlando Pride, and San Diego Wave, Morgan had a phenomenal career. That's not even including her time with the USWNT and playing overseas for Tottenham and Lyon.
Morgan bagged 22 goals in three seasons for San Diego, where she captained the team and became their first signing. She tallied 60 goals throughout her NWSL career, which was fourth on the league's all-time scoring list at the time.
