Talles Magno, one of Major League Soccer's (MLS) most valuable young prospects, is having a tough time at New York City FC. Since returning from injury in May, the 21-year-old has been little used by coach Nick Cushing, accumulating just six minutes of playing time in eight available matches this season. This raises questions about the talented Brazilian striker's future at the club.

Coach Cushing seems reluctant to give Talles Magno the opportunity he needs to show his worth. Despite being consistently active with substitutions, bringing on around four players a game, Cushing has not included the Brazilian in his plans. This lack of playing time could be detrimental to the development of a player who has the potential to be one of the league's big names.

Talles Magno's situation is attracting interest from big European clubs, including Juventus, whose coach Thiago Motta appreciates the Brazilian's style of play. A move to Juventus could be the ideal solution for Talles Magno, providing him with an environment where his talent can be fully exploited. Playing somewhere different could be what he needs to develop and reach his full potential.

For NYCFC, the situation is delicate. Keeping a valuable player like Talles Magno on the bench is not only a waste of talent, but also poor asset management. A possible transfer would not only benefit the player, but could also bring significant financial resources to the club, allowing investment in areas that need reinforcements.

Talles Magno needs more opportunities to play or a new chance outside of NYCFC to continue his upward trajectory. Whether at his current club or at a new destination, the important thing is that he has the space he needs to shine and contribute to the game.
