North Carolina Courage beat Rayadas to advance in Summer Cup

The North Carolina Courage put on a real show as they beat Rayadas de Monterrey 3-0 at WakeMed Soccer Park in the final group game of the NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup. With this convincing victory, the Courage reached seven points and have an excellent chance of topping Group E and advancing to the semi-finals of the competition.

Right from the start, it was clear that Courage were determined to dominate the match. Now on seven points, the North Carolina Courage await the result of the match between Orlando Pride and Racing Louisville to confirm their lead in the group and secure their place in the semi-finals. If Orlando win or draw, the Courage will be through. Otherwise, goal difference will decide who advances.
