Earlier today, MLS Multiplex dropped the exciting news that Olivier Giroud would join LAFC at the end of his current European season. The AC Milan player is expected to join the LAFC roster after the EURO 2024, where he will represent the France national team no doubt.

1. Immense experience at the highest level
Like his international countryman Hugo Lloris, who he will finally meet up with again in the States, Olivier Giroud has great experience at the highest level. So far, Giroud has spent his entire playing career in Europe, where the very best of the game ply their trade.
Giroud has represented some incredible clubs, including Montpellier Arsenal, Chelsea, AC Milan and the French national team. He has played alongside some world-class players during his time, including Kylian Mbappe, Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
Therefore, he will bring a wealth of knowledge to the LAFC ranks. This will mostly benefit the younger players in the LAFC squad but there's no denying that the veterans could learn a thing or two from Giroud, too.
