Bryan Zarpentine

He graduated from Syracuse University in 2008 and has been a freelance sports writer since 2010, covering MLB, the NFL, college football, college basketball, and soccer. Caitlyn Chale

Caitlyn Chale was born and raised in New York, and has a love for all sports. A proud graduate of the University of Maryland, she writes about New York City FC, Major League Soccer, and Gotham FC. Some of her work can be seen via Skyscraper Blues and MLS Multiplex. She also supports Borussia Dortmund, Manchester City, and FC Barcelona. Additionally, Caitlyn loves country music, the theatre, and watching the Academy Award nominated films that no one else wants to watch.

Ian Nicholas Quillen

Ian Nicholas Quillen is the Site Expert for MLS Multiplex. He's been covering sports for two decades, and MLS, the U.S. men's national team and other Concacaf soccer for more than the last half of that. He also contributes to American soccer coverage from a business standpoint for Forbes.com and gives MLS betting analysis at GiveMeSport, and his work has previously appeared at MLSsoccer.com and The Action Network, among others. When he's not watching (or let's be honest, betting on) MLS, he has the misfortune of being an Everton fan. He also covers some other sports -- mainly MLB and NBA -- from time to time.

Jonathan Kiersky

Jonathan Kiersky is a Contributor at FanSided and has written and edited for multiple outlets over the past 23 years. He has enjoyed sport his entire life. He began playing soccer at the age of three and ended up playing at the University of Vermont. In 2020, he transitioned from the Restaurant and Music Venue world into running his own Soccer Agency. In 2024, he released PIRlo (Player Index Rating locator)- a rating system used in some of the biggest leagues in the world. He has opinions. He is not shy to share them. When not thinking, talking, writing, or working in soccer, he likes to golf or watching his beloved New York Mets, New York Knicks, New York Islanders, or Washington Commanders.

Born and raised a Norwich City fan in England, he has followed Orlando City and Major League Soccer since 2017. Highlights include that 5-1 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup semifinal drubbing of New York Red Bulls, a mammoth Concacaf Champions Cup trip to Victoria, BC, and finally seeing a live MLS away win after seven attempts in St. Louis, MO. A student journalist at the University of Warwick, he enjoys sharing his escapades following both his teams.
