League A

With the draw that happened on May 16th, League A was drawn like this:

Group A: Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Martinique, Curaçao, Nicaragua

Group B: Haiti, Jamaica, Honduras, Cuba, Suriname, Grenada

The first group is the toughest to get out because of how the teams are doing currently. Panama won the group in the previous Nations League against Costa Rica and Martinique, El Salvador made the US sweat in the group and Guatemala won their group against a tough French Guiana in  League B.

Whereas in Group 2 it is easy to spot the three teams which are likely to be in the top 2 spots. Haiti won their group by winning every game but one which they drew that they faced (Guyana, Bermuda and Monserrat), Jamaica almost beat Mexico in the Azteca in the last match day and Honduras has had a good history facing off against the teams in this group.

For the United States, as it stands now they will face the best overall second place team. This could be against Guatemala or it could be against Jamaica, Honduras or Haiti. The bracket would be finalized after the October FIFA Window where CONCACAF will release their newest ranking.
