New York City FC is in great form at the moment, which is why Anton Tinnerholm is an excellent fantasy selection this week, despite both of their games being on the road.

NYCFC has one of the best defenses in the league. They would have earned their third consecutive shutout if it weren’t for a penalty they gave up in the 90th minute during their 4-1 victory over Columbus last week.

Tinnerholm has not only proved to be a key factor in New York’s defense this season, as someone who earns bonus points for ball recoveries and interceptions regularly, but he is also excellent in the attack.

The Swedish defenseman has four assists this season and is constantly causing havoc up and down the right sideline.

NYCFC will face off against Chicago Fire on Wednesday night, then take on Toronto FC on Sunday. New York is currently the betting favorite in both games.

Tinnerholm is currently owned by 15.87% of all MLS fantasy managers.
