# 2 Jesus Medina – $7.8M – Average Points: 9.50

Jesus Medina earned a position in the MLS Fantasy Dream Team this week after earning 16 fantasy points due to his two-goal performance in  New York City FC’s 5-0 victory over the weekend.

This season, the 23-year-old has eight shot-creating actions and five live-ball passes that directly led to a shot attempt through the first two games.

Many MLS fantasy participants may fear selecting Medina this week as he will be on the road against the Philadelphia Union. Still, it is important to note that the Union will more than likely not have their full starting lineup this weekend as they played a midweek CONCACAF Champions League match against Atlanta United and will have the second-leg on Tuesday.

Medina is currently only owned by 3.7% of all MLS fantasy managers.
