# 2 Freddy Montero – 6.5M

Freddy Montero returned to the Seattle Sounders this year with an understanding that he would be the third-string striker. However, with Raul Ruidiaz potentially being listed out, Freddy Montaro at 6.5M is an excellent pickup.

Montero has looked promising in the preseason and is showing glimpses of his 2017 Vancouver season, where he scored 13 goals and collected six assists finishing the year with a .69 goals+assists per 90.

With the Seattle Sounders playing against the Minnesota United, Montero will have plenty of chances to score in the season opener. If you remembered the 2020 Conference Finals last season, these two clubs went back and forth with 3-2 and Seattle totalling 24 shots.

Last season, Leal collected 80 fantasy points and is currently only owned by 5.66% of all MLS fantasy managers.
