FIFA 21: The MLS players with the highest potential

Eduard Atuesta

LAFC’s star midfielder has proven to be one of the top young midfielders in MLS. For this reason, it’s no surprise to see him receive a potential of 81 overall. He is rated at 73 overall currently but is a player who can grow into a top midfielder in FIFA 21.

Edwin Cerillo

FIFA 21 has Cerillo becoming one of the next best academy products from FC Dallas. The 20-year-old is rated at 64 overall with an overall potential of 81 overall. Much like the aforementioned Leyva, Cerillo is a player who may fly under the radar in FIFA 21 but is a great signing to make in a career mode.

Matias Pellegrini

One of Inter Miami’s first signings checks in as one of the MLS players with the most potential. Pellegrini recently scored his first goal in the league and appears to be an up and coming talent for Miami. He received an overall rating of 67 with the potential to reach an 81 overall rating.

Jesus Ferriera

Another one of Dallas’s bright young stars makes his way unto the list. Ferriera had a terrific 2019 season so it’s no surprise to see him as one of the players with the most potential. The 19-year-old is rated at 68 overall with the potential to reach 81 overall.

Cristian Casseres Jr.

The New York Red Bulls talented Venezuelan midfielder received a big potential rating. Casseres Jr starts off at 68 overall but has the potential to reach 83 overall. Of all the U-20 players in MLS, Casseres Jr receives one of the highest potentials of them all.
