#9 Leon Bailey (Jamaica)-80 Overall

Bailey is the lone Jamaican player to appear in the top 10. The Bayer Leverkusen winger actually dropped by one point from 81 overall in FIFA 20 to 80 overall in FIFA 21. If he can find a good run of form this season there should be a higher rating to come next year as he is only 23. He still remains one of the top young CONCACAF players you can sign in the game.

#10 Guillermo Ochoa (Mexico)-79 Overall

More from MLS Multiplex

The veteran goalkeeper rounds out the top 10. Ochoa has long been one of the top goalkeepers in Liga MX. As a result, it comes as no surprise to see him among the best in CONCACAF in FIFA 21. The 35-year-old received an increase of one point in his overall rating, jumping from 78 overall in FIFA 20 to 79 overall in FIFA 21.
