McKennie had an interesting season himself. In the Bundesliga this season, McKennie scored 3 goals at the age of 22. heading to Italy could be a great new challenge for the midfielder.
The young mid-fielder is entering the prime of his career. If he wants to reach his full potential, he needs to play against the best competition. Headed to Serie A to play for Juventus would be just what McKennie needs.
The future of the USMNT is rather bright. With players such as Pulisic, McKennie, Adams, Reyna playing against some of the best players in the world, the country’s soccer team could reach new heights. After failing to qualify for the most recent World Cup, the U.S. has a lot to prove. At this point, fans are just hoping they can advance past the group stage.
With all this talent, the United States needs to start performing. The program has been underperforming for too long. McKennie headed to Juventus would be a great move for the player and his country. Also maybe McKennie could convince Ronaldo to have his son play for the United States now that he and McKennie are teammates.
