Inter Miami Vs Orlando City: 3 things to watch for during the rematch
By Alex Windley
2. Create chances, and finish them
It’s been discussed to death, but it’s clear that Inter Miami needs another attacking player.
Some people may argue that a big name number nine is the way to go, but others will say they need another wide player that can create his own shot when it’s needed.
Whoever Inter Miami bring in for that last Designated Player spot, it’s clear that the team needs to start creating and finishing their chances.
During the “MLS is Back” tournament, Miami chances to win were slim to none. In their only three games at the tournament, the Herons only scored two goals, for a team that’s looking to establish a winning culture from Day 1, not scoring and creating enough chances is certainly the wrong way to go about it.
If La Rosa Negra wants to win their game on Saturday, a huge game from DP’s Rodolfo Pizarro and Matias Pellegrini, alongside the shaky midfield pairing of Wil Trapp and Victor Ulloa will be needed to stymie most of Orlando’s attacks.
