Oscar Pareja has completely turned around Orlando in a short period of time. The Lions look like club that is capable of making the postseason for the first time in their MLS history. He has put together a tough and efficient group of players who can win when the going gets tough.

It is this hard-nosed, resilient attitude that has seen them enjoy such success here. They have scored several late games, come from behind to draw and win matches on several occasions, and are yet to lose having gone unbeaten in the group stages. It would be one of the most unlikely results in league history should they go on to win the tournament.

And they should have plenty of confidence after defeating LAFC. By eliminating one of the tournament favorites, they have shown they are a legitimate contender to go all the way after largely being overlooked thus far.
