Osvaldo Alonso spent nine years with the Seattle Sounders, racking up 277 regular-season appearances, scoring 10 goals. The midfielder was a stalwart and wasn’t afraid to get stuck into the nitty-gritty side of the game, while other players thrived around him. Alonso was named in the MLS All-Star team four times and the MLS Best XI once. He helped the Sounders to four U.S. Open Cups, one Supporters’ Shield and one MLS Cup before departing for Minnesota in 2018.
Cristian Roldan
Joining Seattle in 2015 as the 16th overall selection in the SuperDraft, Cristian Roldan has been an integral part of the squad ever since. The box-to-box midfielder has won two MLS Cups with the Sounders and has even earned himself a call-up to the U.S. national team where he won the CONCACAF Gold Cup. Roldan has appeared in 152 regular-season games, scoring 20 goals.
Nicolas Lodeiro
The Uruguayan magic man, the man who holds nearly all the key’s to unlock MLS defences, Nicolas Lodeiro has been the main man for Seattle in recent times. His creativity and vision is a pleasure to behold, the attacking midfielder has contributed to 74 goals in 101 appearances for the Rave Green. He is one step ahead of most players when he steps on the pitch and his contribution to the Sounders is unquestioned.
