Born in Cote D’Ivoire, Ballou Tabla appeared to be a promising Canadian star when he was signed for Barcelona from Montreal Impact. But with the power of dynamic potential, Tabla is still an extremely intriguing prospect.

MLS is often criticized for its lack of defensive talent, but if James Sands can reach his FIFA 20 potential in real life, that could shift that narrative. Whether you need that defensive solidity in midfield or the backline, Sands is sure to provide it. Considering their connection to Manchester City, it could make sense to snap him up at the Etihad.

Josef Martinez isn’t the only talented Venezuelan in MLS. Having represented Venezuela at youth level, Cristian Casseres Jr. appears to be filling the void that Tyler Adams left when he was signed by RB Leipzig. With training and growth in career mode, Casseres can be a contributor at club level. He might also help Venezuela qualify for a World Cup, something they have never achieved in their history.

Orlando City is another rebuilding MLS side, and one player that could potentially help in their or another club’s rebuilding process is Daryl Dike. Starting at 19 years old, he will take some time to get going, but once he reaches the 80s, he reaches a solid level to contribute in Europe.

Brenden Aaronson was the inspiration for this list as he grew to an 88 rating in my Accrington Stanley career mode save, surpassing his base potential by 10 thanks to dynamic potential. That is a bargain for his 1.9 million release clause. Aaronson is a product of Philadelphia Union’s recent youth movement, coming through Bethlehem Steel and finishing second for 2019 MLS Rookie of the Year.
