One of several members in this list to have come through the Barcelona youth ranks is Victor Vazquez, whose two seasons in MLS were some of the best of his career.

He made the move north to Toronto and went on to become hugely influential in their record-setting 2017 season. The Spaniard had an immediate impact, playing a hand in 24 goals over the course of his debut campaign.
With Vazquez playing a key creative role, Toronto won the Supporters’ Shield and the Canadian Championship. Vazquez then featured in all five postseason matches, including the MLS Cup, as Toronto became the first side to win the domestic treble in the league.
The Spaniard returned in 2018 but was unable to hit the heights of his debut year as he struggled with injuries. His time in MLS came to a close following his second campaign, but he still finished with 16 goals and 25 assists from 52 regular-season matches, along with two goals and an assist in his five postseason games in 2017.
