Inter Miami: 4 players that have already made an impact
By Alex Windley
3. Robbie Robinson
Even though Robbie Robinson may only a rookie, he has shown his ability to lead Inter Miami’s frontline until the club decides if they want to bring in a DP caliber striker. The 21-year old has held his own up top, bullying defenders and using his speed to get in behind.

According to an interview with SBI’s Franco Panizio after the club’s match against LAFC, teammate Ben Sweat spoke highly Robinson, saying:
"“He created a lot of chances and opportunities, and that’s what the coaching staff wants out of him and that’s what we want out fo him: to relieve some pressure from the defense and midfield by sometimes making those runs.”"
Robinson has slowly grown into his role as the lone frontman. His attributes suit Alonso’s defensively strong, quick counter-attacking system nicely. He is the focal point in most attacks, usually combing with either Rodolfo Pizarro or Lewis Morgan, then quickly getting into the box to make himself a target.
If Robinson continues to improve his finishing and positioning in the final third, he can easily become Inter Miami’s starting striker for the long term.
