2. Leal/Mukhtar look dangerous

While Inter Miami were more willing to splash the cash in the offseason and looked the more likely to field a genuinely high-end, competitive team, Nashville SC turned to a more MLS-orientated approach, focusing on league experience, not just talent.

But the two players that Nashville did invest heavily in, Randall Leal and Hany Mukhtar, the latter of which is the only DP on the roster at present, have showcased their offensive skill sets, and there is reason to believe that Nashville can yet field one of the higher-end attacks in MLS.

Leal is a pacy, technical dribbler. He commit defends with his drive and purposeful approach. He skips by them with speed, is always looking to make things happen, and causes problems for defenders because of the pressure he puts them under.

Mukhtar, meanwhile, is not quite as speedy, but is an equally controlled dribbler. He also has a terrific passing range, is extremely creative in the final third, and has an eye for goal, too. Both Leal and Mukhtar have shown enough glimpses that this Nashville attack can be dangerous. While the goals have not yet come, with their performances thus far, they will surely flow.
