Paul Arriola – 6.0
Paul Arriola came on for McKennie at half-time. Picked up a potentially scary looking knock after being taken out by a Cuban defender but was able to carry on. Didn’t do much else of note afterwards, however.
Tyler Boyd – 6.0
Came on for Morris at halftime. Like Arriola, Tyler Boyd was unable to create much off the bench. Ultimately, it was a disappointing showing from the Besiktas winger.
Sebastian Lletget – 7.0
Introduced for Christian Pulisic in the 66th minute, Sebastian Lletget was nearly played through on goal at one point but a heavy first touch pushed the ball too far away. He then scored with five minutes to go but curled his shot just wide of the far post. Lletget might not be a top-tier player, but he can certainly make an impact off the bench in a variety of different scenarios.
The USMNT now face Canada on Tuesday night. Check back next week to see how Gregg Berhalter’s side fare in what will unquestionably be a more challenging contest.
