2. Los Angeles FC – Banc of California Stadium – Los Angeles, CA

Cons: It’s hot sometimes?

Banc of California Stadium is the quintessential modern MLS stadium in 2019. An intimate capacity, safe standing for supporters, all right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Although they sadly had to demolish a piece of history to build this gem, progress has to be made in life, and progress is what this stadium brings to MLS. It will in all likelihood be the model that future MLS stadiums will try to replicate, and with good reason. In the shadow of the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, LAFC fans have made their voices heard during the one-and-change years they have been an MLS club. Time will tell if the support will stick around after the honeymoon period is over, but for now, Banc of California Stadium is a perfect place for fans, players and the game of soccer alike. The only people it doesn’t seem to work for is whichever club LAFC are welcoming in.
