9. Atlanta United FC – Mercedes-Benz Stadium – Atlanta, GA

Capacity: 42,500

Opened: 2017

Pros: Atmosphere, retractable roof, concession prices, location

Cons: Shared stadium, artificial surface

In my 19 years of life, I never thought I’d be ranking a shared stadium in the top 10 stadiums in MLS, but here we are. Boasting one of the best fanbases in the league and MLS Cup championships in half of their seasons, Atlanta United have made the absolute best of their shared ground that also plays home to the Atlanta Falcons of the NFL. The turf and the tarped off upper deck suck, but there is so much to love about this stadium. The retractable roof still baffles me as to how it can even open, the concession prices are ridiculous, in a good way, and the location couldn’t be better. If you’re going to have to share a stadium, this is how you do it.
