6. Pepe Reina

This Spanish goalkeeper has been around the block a few times. Pepe Reina has spent the last two decades at gargantuan clubs like Liverpool, Napoli, Bayern Munich and now A.C Milan. However, during this current spell in Italy, the ex-Barcelona man is spending most of his time watching from the sidelines.

Reina is now 36 years old. His current position is mainly to occupy the substitutes bench. An inquiry may be worthwhile if you’re in the market for an experienced, elite goalkeeper.

The Spaniard is also fluent in English thanks to his time in England, so this could be an easy catch if a club plays it’s cards right. The only hitch? How willing are MLS clubs to pay vast sums for goalkeepers these days?
