Perhaps the biggest arrival, Alejandro Pozuelo, had an amazing performance in his debut with Toronto FC. The Spaniard scored two goals and registered one assist against New York City FC. He has shown he can give life to Toronto and can make a difference this year.
Elsewhere, Carles Gil has gotten off to a good start with the New England Revolution, scoring three goals in five matches for his new club and leading them to their first victory of the year at the weekend.
Marco Fabian, meanwhile, has had an up and down start to life in MLS. The Mexican forward has scored two goals in three matches but has also seen a brief suspension for a red-card offense.
Players who have not produced as expected include Nani, Alexandru Mitrita, and Pity Martinez. These three players will hope to have a much better performance in April after a lackluster start.
