Winner – Miles Robinson

So, while every other Five Stripes player around him descended into chaos at times on Sunday, Miles Robinson continued to be an absolute machine in defence.

At just 22, Robinson is supposed to be the rookie in the Atlanta defence, learning off the likes of Parkhurst and Gonzalez Pirez. However, throughout this very young season so far, he has been the glue holding the whole thing together.

On Sunday, he snuffed out the considerable threat of Fabrice-Jean Picault and Cory Burke with three aerial duels won and three clearances, including one off the goal line, while his pace in recovery and composure in possession was on full display once again. USMNT awaits.
