1. Making strides away from home

Minnesota United was the league’s worst team away from home last season, earning just one victory on the road all year. This season, though, the Loons have already doubled that total by earning wins in Vancouver and San Jose.

But there’s work to be done. The Loons now stare down three more away fixtures before they can play their new home, Allianz Field, for the first time. If they want to maintain their fast start, they must continue excelling on the road.

They’ve exceeded expectations thus far, and some points over these next three matches would really put them in a good spot, with more home matches from then on than any other team in the league.

Can the Loons keep this road form going? We will find out on Saturday.
