6. LA Galaxy’s injury woes continue

The Los Angeles Galaxy came from behind to secure three points against the Chicago Fire last week. They did so despite recently selling striker Ola Kamara and buying out potential fourth Designated Player, Giovani dos Santos. They were also missing Sebastian Lletget, Juninho, and Perry Kitchen to injuries. Then, Romain Alessandrini suffered a hamstring injury in the first half. He is a doubt for this weekend’s match. Furthermore, Kevin Baxter reported Zlatan had missed two days of training due to an Achilles issue.

The Galaxy do have reinforcements on the way, with Joe Corona and Diedre Traore signing this week. But, losing Alessandrini, and potentially Zlatan is devastating. The Galaxy face off against conference rival, FC Dallas, this Saturday at 3:30 EST on Univision and Twitter. They will need their best players fit and firing if they want to trouble a decent Dallas side.
