1. Barco Shines

Ezequiel Barco put together his best performance with Atlanta United thus far. The young Argentine international was all over the field and recorded two assists on the night. His link-up play across the field was fantastic and his performance solidified the claim that his confidence is improved. Just look at this stat line:

Playing with a somewhat free role, Barco moved around the field constantly, shifting from attack to midfield and back again. He was crucial in just about every facet of the game and even his defensive abilities look improved. The young player did a lot to show fans and doubters alike that he is an important player for Atlanta.

Barco looks new and improved. His first year in MLS was disappointing at best, but under a new coaching staff and with a year under his belt, he is showing flashes of the player Atlanta originally signed.
