FC Dallas

Dallas gets a new secondary kit this year, replacing their unique 2017-18 blue to white fade in favor of, wait for it, a plain white shirt. What’s that you say? There’s some diagonal lines on it? Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but you have to look closely to see it. There is also blue and red trim on the neck and sleeves and blue Adidas stripes down the side.

The newest kit is named the “Reunion Kit” and is apparently inspired by the Dallas skyline. There is a Texas flag displayed on the neck and a patch in memoriam of Lamar Hunt, which has been on Dallas’ kits since his passing in 2006. The only thing saving their grade from an F is the “LH” patch on the sleeve. Overall the new kit suffers from a strong lack of imagination.

Kit grade: D+
