Real Salt Lake

Salt Lake get a new secondary kit this year, and while there is no official name for the new kit, it has a similar glitch design to New York Red Bulls’ new secondary kit. While the kit is mostly white, the glitch design is claret and prominent enough to where you can tell it’s not just an all white kit. The collar and sleeves are colored claret and cobalt while the Adidas stripes on the shoulder are claret to match the glitch on the front of the shirt.

Like Portland, Salt Lake have some intricate details for the fans in a couple of spots. On the back of the neck is an “As One’ team motto. Perhaps the most unique detail is the beehive on the bottom right of the front. The beehive, which is on the kit because Utah is the “beehive state,” also has an 05 in it to signify when Salt Lake joined the league. Because of the unique design and details, this kit sits on the higher side of kit grades.
