Ten through Seven

10. Mauro Manotas vs. San Jose Earthquakes

It was quite the week for Mauro Manotas. Mid-week he helped the Houston Dynamo capture their first-ever U.S. Open Cup and then on Saturday he set the club’s single-season scoring record with his 15th goal of the season. And what a goal it was.

9. Raul Ruidiaz vs. Colorado Rapids

The set up from Nicolas Lodeiro was what made this goal a special one. He records the assist with a heads-up play and Raul Ruidiaz finishes it for the Seattle Sounders.

8. Luciano Acosta vs. Montreal Impact

It was a dominant performance for D.C. United against the Montreal Impact in their 5-0 win. This goal from Luciano Acosta would start things off for the hosts.

7. Wayne Rooney vs. Montreal Impact

A mistake by Montreal is punished by Wayne Rooney who makes no mistake with this lob from distance.
