D.C. United’s path to playoff soccer at Audi Field is simple math. Win the games in hand, and they would sit in sixth. Coming off a late-season idle week, the first game to start the stretch run to catch Montreal begins with a game against Montreal. With a win, D.C. United become favorites to earn the sixth seed. Anything less and their situation looks dire. Even with a favorable schedule, D.C. only has one road win all year. One more will be required to book a trip to the postseason dance.. 9-11-8. . D.C. 322. Real Salt Lake was on a run of results, but met it’s match in Atlanta. Thankfully for Real, all other leagues results benefited their playoff chances. Kreilach has endeared himself to the supporters groups and will be counted on to lead the attack. Real Salt Lake can hold possession, but can they do anything with it? Long spells of that question going unanswered have plagued the squad. If Real Salt Lake can hold on for one of the last playoff spots, can they do anything with it?. 13-11-6. .
