#1 Moving up in the west

With Saturday night’s victory, LAFC moves into second place in the Western Conference entering this week. Just one point behind FC Dallas, the Expansion Club is a legitimate contender to win the west and take the top spot in the playoffs. It almost seems like it is up to LAFC to determine how far they want to go this year and where they will finish in the table.

In hindsight, only eight points separate LAFC from the sixth and final playoff spot, which means work still needs to be done to distance themselves from the rest of the field.
