When Manotas scored the Dynamo’s second in the 90<sup>th</sup> minute, the points seemed secure. 10. team. 375. In a celebration of the Sounders v Timbers rivalry, Timber Joey was called upon just once but that cut was for the game winner. At 1-0, this game was tense throughout. Players did not want to make a mistake on this historic occasion. With Seattle playing a cautious 5-4-1, Portland were asked to provide the attacking portion of the affair. 5-3-2. Previous: 12th. New England Revolution. 9. team. 372. After trading away Nguyen, the Revs have shown the scrappy, pressing identity that most successful bargain budget teams embrace. The decision to start Turner in goal was questioned early on, but with Turner’s perfermances so far, New England fans now have a positive data point reinforcing their faith in Friedel’s plan. Beating the defending champs helps that cause too.
