- Players to watch for: Louisville has assumed the lead of the Eastern Conference this week. They are tied on points with Charlotte Independence but hold a slim margin on goal differential. LC FC has scored goals in a feast-or-famine way for the past month. But when they have feasted it’s been a real smorgasbord. Forward Luke Spencer leads the club with 8 goals and 3 assists. But City’s very balanced attack works best when the ball goes through midfielder Oscar Jimenez.
