Western Conference table: 8’s are wild, but, seriously, let’s be Real

Reno notched their 4th win in a row last Saturday. The victory propelled the ‘8’s into a tie for 3d place in the West sitting on 42 points. Second place San Antonio FC are just 3 points ahead at 45. And top of the table, Real Monarchs of Salt Lake City, have 10 more at 55. Real were untouchable for the better part of the summer. They have seemed a lot more human for the last month or so. While that has cut into their lead somewhat, it appears they are still a relative lock to win the conference title.
