Eastern Conference table: 99.44% “top”

The gap from first to last place in the Eastern Conference is now down to 20 points. It is hard to imagine that any of the teams in that conference don’t have a realistic chance to make the playoffs. And at least half of the conference has a legitimate shot to win the title. Formerly “lowly” Richmond Kickers have put together 2 wins in a row now. The last of those coming last Saturday at home against former conference leader, Charleston Battery, 3-1. It would be not be surprising if even the Kickers and their fans were dreaming of November at this point.
