USL welcomes new Orange County home grounds

The USL once more saw expansion of a kind this past week. Orange County SC got set to debut a new stadium on Friday. The home side celebrated their new digs by hosting conference rivals, Phoenix. Rising owner-player Didier Drogba even made an appearance on a relevant tweet:

Neither OC SC nor Phoenix seem much of a threat to the leaders in the western conference however. But #22 may yet be a telling week for those same top teams…
