38. Portland Timbers II. Index rating: -52.255. Rank change: 0.

  • Timbers II have lost every match but four this season, three of them ties. Somehow, they beat Sacramento Republic on the road in April, but everything else has been pretty bad.

37. Richmond Kickers. Index rating: -27.979. Rank change: 0.

36. LA Galaxy II. Index rating: -27.866. Rank change: -8.

  • Big dive for the Galaxy. Much of it because of the humiliating 9-0 loss to Reno 1868. Much like the senior team, they also just don’t win at home.

35. FC Edmonton. Index rating: -27.166 Rank change: +1.

34. Toronto FC II. Index rating: -26.870 Rank change: +1.

33. Seattle Sounders FC II. Index rating: -23.296. Rank change: -1.

32. Puerto Rico FC. Index rating: -21.474. Rank change: +2.

31. NY Red Bulls II. Index rating: -20.505. Rank change: +2.

30. Vancouver Whitecaps II. Index rating: 18.931. Rank change: -3.

29. Rio Grande Valley FC Toros. Index rating: -18.273. Rank change: -4.

28. Pittsburg Riverhounds. Index rating: –6.859. Rank change: -2

27. Phoenix Rising FC. Index rating: -5.755. Rank change: +2.

26. Saint Louis FC. Index rating: -5.061. Rank change: -8

  • It was a rough July for STLFC, who went 1-1-3 in the month with a -8 goal difference.

25. Bethlehem Steel FC. Index rating: -5.044. Rank change: -3.

24. Orlando City B. Index rating: -4.727. Rank change: -3.

23. Indy Eleven. Index rating: -4.669. Rank change: +8.

  • After a slow start, Indy just keep earning results. They went on the road to New York and earned a point before beating the Cosmos and Jacksonville Armada at home to round out the Spring Season. Look for them to make another couple jumps in the Fall.

22. New York Cosmos. Index rating:  -0.262. Rank change: -2.

21. Tulsa Roughnecks. Index rating: 0.010. Rank change: +9.

  • Through our last update, Tulsa seemed to either win or lose, but now they seem to only win or draw. They had the biggest jump in rankings, that includes ending Real Monarchs unbeaten run with a 2-0 win at home.

20. Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC. Index rating: 1.068. Rank change: -1.
