Despite making the bench in last week’s 2-1 loss at Montreal, 31-year-old forward Jacob Peterson is expected to miss out on Atlanta United’s next game with a lower leg injury.

Chicago Fire

Columbus Crew SC

Columbus Crew SC midfielder Artur will miss out on three weeks of MLS action after he underwent a surgery to his left wrist. The 21-year-old Brazilian sustained the injury in the sixth minute of his club’s recent 2-0 loss to the New York Red Bulls.

Alex Crognale was also taken off early in the same game with an ankle problem, making his availability for the upcoming game a minor doubt. He is joined by Brad Stuver, Dilly Duka and the returning Jonathan Mensah on the questionable list.

Out: Connor Maloney (concussion); Artur (left wrist surgery, May return); Ben Swanson (right ankle surgery, 2018 return); Gaston Sauro (knee, 2018 return)


DC United

Nick DeLeon and Sebastien Le Toux are doubtful inclusions for DC United’s away fixture at Atlanta United. The latter scored a goal last week against the New England Revolution and is currently struggling with an elbow problem.

Montreal Impact
