MLS Player Power Rankings Week 6: Who takes the top spot?
By Mark Shannon
6. Cyle Larin – Last Week: 4th
Larin didn’t score this past weekend, but his presence alone caused havoc on the Red Bulls defense. He’s now been held scoreless in his last two games. Orlando is one of the only undefeated teams left in MLS action, so Larin won’t fret to much on his goal tally, it’ll come around.
5. Nicolas Lodeiro – Last Week: Not Ranked
Lodeiro took the MLS by storm last summer en route to helping Seattle to the MLS Cup trophy. He’s been just as good this season even though Seattle has struggled to get results, however. Lodeiro scored a wonder of a free kick on the weekend in Seattle’s 1-1 draw with the San Jose Earthquakes. Seattle and Lodeiro get ready to take on cross border rivals Vancouver on Friday night.
