MLS Player Power Rankings Week 6: Who takes the top spot?
By Mark Shannon
8. Christian Ramirez – Last Week: 8th
After a strong week in week five, Ramirez and Minnesota United came back down to earth with a 2-0 loss to FC Dallas. The stifling defense of Dallas kept Minnesota’s offence from creating very many chances. Ramirez played the whole 90 minutes and registered three shots with none hitting the target.
7. Maximiliano Urruti – Last Week: 6th
Many MLS fantasy fans were banking on a strong showing from Urruti, but that wasn’t the case. While he’ll be happy his team got the three points. They should have scored more goals against a struggling defense like Minnesota United. Urruti will be looked upon to score goals this weekend as well.
