The USMNT got a huge 6-0 win against Honduras Friday night to boost their push for World Cup 2018. Here are the player ratings for everyone in the game.

All week, we heard that Friday night’s game was a must win for the USMNT. Well, they delivered. The USA came out fighting, and it paid off when Sebastian Lletget scored just five minutes into the game.

After that, the USA never looked back as Bradley and Pulisic also added goals, and Dempsey came up with his second career WCQ hat-trick. Here are all the goals in the USA’s 6-0 win:

Now lets take a look at how each player did Friday for the USMNT.

Tim Howard (GK): 7

Howard really didn’t have to do much until after the outcome of the game was basically decided. After the USA had built a lead, he ended up making a few solid saves. Nothing special was every really asked of him, but he lived up to expectation for the game.

Geoff Cameron (RB): 6.5

For the past few years, Cameron has mainly been used as a CB for the national team, but desperate times called for desperate measures. With a number of injuries to other RBs, Cameron had to step into the role he played for Stoke City for years.

In the end, he did a solid job. He was good with the ball and didn’t lose possession in dangerous places. In the second half, he was beat a few times, but that was after he had made a number of stops throughout the game.

Omar Gonzalez (CB): 5.5

Due to Cameron moving outside, Omar Gonzalez was given the start alongside John Brooks. In the end, he didn’t do much to make an argument that he should keep that position once the USA gets their regular RBs back.

He was pretty shaky throughout the game. His most notable play came when he lost his man in the box, leaving him wide open to receive a cross. Luckily, his shot went wide of the post thanks to a little pressure from Brooks.

John Brooks (CB): 7

Brooks looked good throughout the whole game. He looked like he was back to the form that he brought to the Copa America, and nothing was getting past him last night. Unfortunately, he had to leave the game due to dehydration with 20 minutes left.

Jorge Villafaña (LB): 7.5

Villafaña played well throughout the game, continuing the form he had brought to January camp. He was never really beat down the left side, and he seemed to create a nice partnership with Nagbe from their time together at Portland.
