Real Salt Lake vs. LA Galaxy

Goal: Yura Movsisyan (18th minute)

A fantastic header from Movsisyan finds the corner of the net. Albert Rusnák was the provider of the cross.

Goal: Dave Romney (69th minute)

Romeny doesn’t mess around on this set piece, blasting a shot into the net without even taking a touch. Romain Alessandrini gets credit for the assist.

Goal: Emmanuel Boateng (74th minute)

The Galaxy grab a match-winner just minutes after Romney leveled the match. Alessandrini picks up his second assist of the night.

Portland Timbers vs. Houston Dynamo

Goal: Diego Valeri (11th minute)

A handball call gives the Timbers an early penalty and Valeri tucks it home.

Goal: Erick “Cubo” Torres (38th minute)

Cubo Torres scores for the third consecutive week, as he dispatches this spot kick.

Goal: Romell Quioto (45+2′ minute)

Alberth Elis feeds a nice ball into Quioto who scores just before halftime to put the Dynamo ahead.

Goal: Diego Valeri (58th minute)

Hard to believe this was only the second time Valeri has scored on a header in his MLS career.  Zarek Valentin and Fanendo Adi get credit for the assists. 

Goal: David Guzmán (66th minute)

A nice one-two combo with Darlington Nagbe steps up Guzmán for a cool and composed finish.

Goal: Fanendo Adi (88th minute)

Adi dances around the box and puts past the scrambled Dynamo defense to ensure the three points stay with the Timbers. Guzmán records the assist for his second point of the night.
