Can Dallas hold onto the top spot for the third week in a row?  Or will upstart Atlanta climb the ladder in the MLS Power Rankings?

It was a boring first week of MLS soccer, but its sure taken off after that.  Atlanta United are an expansion team that look more like seasoned veterans. While the Portland Timbers are back in the win column with another strong performance.

Dallas once again comes away with a big victory. Toronto FC finally got in the win column with a big 2-0 result over Canadian rival Vancouver.  But the real question here is would Dallas be able to retain top spot or would they be usurped?
